These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Astral Audit platform, available at ai-readiness.com ("Service"), operated by Astral Business Solutions ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Overview of the Service

Astral Audit is a web-based audit platform that evaluates websites for AI readiness, search engine optimization (SEO), and AI engine optimization (AEO). The Service analyzes publicly accessible web pages and provides scores, performance metrics, AI-generated insights, and actionable recommendations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

You may not create an account using a false identity or an email address you do not control.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

4.1 Plans and Pricing

The Service is offered under multiple subscription tiers: Free, Starter, Professional, and Enterprise. Features, audit limits, and team seat allocations vary by tier and are described on our pricing page at ai-readiness.com/pricing.

4.2 Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the applicable rate.

4.3 One-Time Purchases

Certain features, such as unlocking a full audit report on the Free tier, may be available as one-time purchases.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing section of your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

4.5 Price Changes

We may change our prices at any time. Price changes for existing subscriptions take effect at the start of the next billing period following notice.

4.6 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until the payment issue is resolved. We will notify you by email of any payment failures.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to audit websites you do not own or have authorization to audit, in a manner that violates applicable law
  • Attempt to circumvent audit quotas, rate limits, or access restrictions
  • Use the Service to conduct denial-of-service attacks against any website
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to distribute malware or engage in phishing
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its output without authorization
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service beyond what is provided through our API (if available under your plan)
  • Upload or submit content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights
  • Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of this section, with or without notice.

6. Teams and Collaboration

The Service supports team-based access. If you create or join a team:

  • Team owners and administrators can invite members, manage roles, and access audit data within the team scope
  • All team members can view audits and results associated with the team
  • Team seat limits are determined by your subscription tier
  • Team owners are responsible for the activities of their team members

7. Shared Audit Reports

You may generate a public share link for completed audit reports. Once generated, the link provides permanent, unauthenticated access to that specific audit report. You are responsible for controlling the distribution of share links. We do not monitor who accesses shared reports.

8. AI-Generated Content

Portions of the Service, including executive summaries, recommendations, and competitor insights, are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content:

  • Is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice
  • May contain inaccuracies, errors, or omissions
  • Should be independently verified before making business decisions based on it

We are not liable for any decisions made or actions taken based on AI-generated content.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Our IP

The Service, including its design, code, features, documentation, and branding, is the property of Astral Business Solutions and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding.

9.2 Your Data

You retain ownership of any data you provide to the Service, including URLs, business context, and team information. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

9.3 Audit Reports

Audit reports generated by the Service, including scores, metrics, AI insights, and screenshots, are owned by you and your team. You may use, distribute, and reproduce your audit reports without restriction.

10. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at ai-readiness.com/privacy-policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

11. Third-Party Websites

The Service audits third-party websites based on your instructions. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of any third-party website. Auditing a website does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of that website.

12. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ASTRAL BUSINESS SOLUTIONS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that audit results are complete, accurate, or up-to-date. Website conditions change frequently, and audit results reflect a snapshot at the time of the audit.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Astral Business Solutions and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Limitation of Liability, Disclaimer of Warranties, and Indemnification) will survive.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [STATE/COUNTY], unless otherwise required by applicable law.

For users outside the United States, nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived or limited under applicable local law.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service and may require you to review and accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the Service. Your continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Astral Business Solutions regarding the Service.
